Documents
Recording (client registration)
The client is recorded: the administrator selects the date, time, service and master. After that the record is displayed in the order calendar.
Reminder (client call: cancellation/confirmation/rescheduling)
Serves to call clients again. The administrator notes on which day the client should be reminded about the record. The document is filled with information about those clients who need to be called on the selected day.
Recipe of services
It is intended for entering data about what materials and in what quantity are consumed when rendering this or that service.
Promotion
Allows you to create two types of promotions: discount promotion for certain goods/services and bonus promotion (gift).
Work schedule
Enters data on the work schedule of masters.
Reports
Birthdays
The report reflects for the selected period the birthdays of counterparties, the total amount of purchases for this period and the contact number.
Plan/actual analysis
This report reflects a comparative analysis of ordered and rendered services, i.e. shows the difference between the services ordered by the client and those used.
Customer outflow/inflow
A diagram showing the number of new customers, the number of ‘left’ customers and the number of ‘regular’ customers. The report helps to visually analyse the dynamics of customer relations.
Illiquid
The report shows the list of goods, sales of which, for the selected period, were less than the quantity specified by the user.
Critical balances
The report shows the materials, the balances of which are less than the minimum balance specified in the goods card.
