Documents
Furniture cost calculation
For each standard product type for the production of 1 unit, the document fills in all materials, works and their quantities required for its production, calculates wages, indirect costs and other.
Order
Reflects the type of order, materials used, and production steps.
Application for materials
The document fills in the quantity of each material according to the recipe, taking into account the waste coefficient, ‘including waste’ is indicated in a separate column (according to the document ‘Furniture cost calculation, IMC’).
Transfer of materials to production
Reflects the transfer of materials to production and allows you to see if a similar material to the declared one is transferred to production.
Cost Calculation
Allows you to see the costs of all types of manufactured products
Reports
Production schedule
Shows all stages, each stage separately, the date of execution and the metreage.
Material movement
Shows the data for a certain period, material, output inflow, outflow sorted by date, supplier and price.
Bill of materials for purchase
Shows what material is required by the last supplier, its quantity for the Order.
Realisation of goods
Shows the Customer, price, material and currency of the order (leu, USD, Euro).
Order Analysis by Material and Salaries
Shows the breakdowns for an individual order or for all orders, the cost of material, labour and salaries spent.
